Mayor Eric Adams of New York City.The award was presented at a glittering ceremony at Gracie Mansion\, in recognition of Gary ji’s outstanding contributions to public health and tireless service to the community.Under his visionary leadership\, APS has achieved incredible milestones in just two short years—particularly in the area of public health. Initiatives such as cancer awareness lectures\, seminars\, and walks\, blood donation campaigns\, partnerships with AAPIQLI for regular monthly health forums\, and the creation of a Medical Council comprising specialists from various fields have all been launched to serve the community. These thoughtful and impactful efforts have touched and benefitted thousands of lives.On a personal note\, I am very happy and proud of this well-deserved recognition.
