Under the leadership of APS President Gary Sikka\, the event served as a reminder of the resilient spirit of Punjab. \n\nThe Sacred Bonfire & Rituals\nThe centerpiece of the evening was the traditional Lohri Bonfire. Families gathered to perform the Parikrama (circumambulation)\, tossing sesame seeds (til)\, jaggery (gur)\, and popcorn into the flames while praying for the prosperity of the community and the success of the “Mission Reboot Punjab” initiative. \n\nThe entire APS Leadership Team\nAmerican Punjabi Society (APS) \n  \n
